Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan
All equipment carries a full manufacturers warranty, see individual product
listings for details. Equipment and software is installed and repaired by
factory trained technicians. Easy Drive has two locations; San Antonio, 906 Ruiz
(800) 369-9322 and Austin, 4111 Todd Lane (800) 369-9322 hours are 7:00 am to
5:00 pm daily except holidays.
Vendor agrees to make available equivalent replacement parts for a product
sold to the state for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued.
